With over 20 years of love and devotion for beautiful fabrics, my sense of style and flair has come from a passion which has been in my family for generations. Having been born on the other side of the world in Poland, I grew up surrounded by fashion and the process of made-to-measure clothing, so my love for natural fibers and the necessity I feel for impeccable fit is something which is very natural to me.

From this environmental training I commenced work with a small designer in Poland, affording me an opportunity to experience the formal methods surrounding designing, patternmaking, sampling and production.

After moving to Australia and working for a boutique fabric retailer for four years, I gained not only an extensive knowledge of fabrics but also the skills to consult between a person's individual needs and the desired aesthetic. Resulting from the numerous recommendations for my high-quality dressmaking, I have built up a strong portfolio and client following. The growing demand for my services saw the establishment of Swish Design.
